If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds on any item(s) that has been used or don't have its original packaging. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrical a'ppliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied - return will not be honored and there will be no refund issued.
Due to Health Code Regulations, we can NOT accept returns on the following products: hair brushes, nail polish, make-up / cosmetics, hair extensions or hair pieces.
How to return your product?
If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service with signature confirmation when returning goods.
We prefer return requests be handled ONLY through email to expedite your return.
Where do I send my returns?
Please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your (RMA) number will include instructions for returning your product(s) and return address.
Unfortunately at this time, kristybeauty.com cannot process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by requesting a “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” number and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Once your return arrive at our Returns Center, Please allow 7 to 10 days for refunds to be process to your account.
